Dallas County may send swine flu doses to pharmacies as it targets the high-risk insured

Dallas County received 19,200 additional doses of the swine flu vaccine Thursday and will begin distributing it next week, possibly through local pharmacies.

Zachary Thompson, director of the Dallas County Health and Human Services Department, said the county was considering handing over as many as 16,000 doses of the H1N1 vaccine to pharmacies that had not received their own supplies.
